Accessibility statement

Investment Builders LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we've done

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
• Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels for assistive technology, and every photo has a text description.
• Text and buttons meet AA color contrast in both light and dark mode, and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
• Tap targets are at least 44 pixels, and the site works on phones in portrait and landscape.
• Animation is minimal and respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
• The whole site is available in English and Spanish.
• No pop-ups, auto-playing media or time limits.

Third-party services

Rent payments, maintenance requests and applications run on RentCafe, and 3D tours run on Matterport. We don't control those sites. If you have trouble using them, call the office and we'll help you complete the task another way — by phone, on paper or in person. Downloadable forms are PDFs; the office can provide them in another format on request.
