We are an all-age, 174-home community located conveniently on the border of Glendale and Peoria, AZ. We take pride in our community being one of the nicest maintained parks in the area! With onsite management, maintenance, and security, we are able to give our residents a quiet, peaceful, and family-oriented community.

Paradise Groves offers both owner-occupied and rental homes. Renters in good standing are able to purchase their homes from the park. Try before you buy. Call us for current availability on homes for rent and sale.

Here's What We Offer

Paradise Groves features a pool, kiddie pool, basketball court, and play sand area. We also have a storage yard for trailers. Overnight guest parking is available, by permit from the office.
We host community events, such as pumpkin carvings, photos with santa, and more throughout the year.
